190 grain rn .306 bullets

Anyone know anything about these? They are an odd silverfish colour. They don’t measure a full .308.

Be interesting if someone can identify them. I've got a half-dozen of them that came with a bunch of RN FMJ bullets for .303's, which, except for those, all measured 0.310" but weighed ~190 grains..

I have lots of .3065" 85grn cupronickel jacketed bullets pulled from old surplus Czech x25 ammo. Maybe some relation? They look just like that but obviously much shorter.
