Well my comment was based solely on 1 picture from the Wolverine website where they have a norinco government frame listed as poor and it's selling for $75. The picture makes it look like it's in pretty rough shape, but I'll admit it's only one picture and that only tells part of the story.
The very hard frame the norinco's are known for its a big part of why I want this frame for my project gun.
I think an unramped barrel in 357sig wouldn't be a huge problem but I base this on nothing more than a hunch. My plan is to have the frame drilled for a ramp simply because that's what I want.
I should actually drive out to Virden and see the beat up frame. Maybe it's not as bad as it looks.
