1911 breakin round count?

I use about 95% reloads , maybe I should speed them up a bit?
In this case it's quite possible that the reloads are underpowered and not enough to overcome the recoil spring. I'd suggest trying some full powered factory 230gr ball ammo and see what happens.

PARA says 500 rounds too smooth it out. I found it had failures up to 385 rounds. It was stainless steel and tight fitted. Shot accurate and and never failed for thousands of rounds after that.

Im shooting Campro 230 g with 6.3 g of CFE pistol , mostly.
Tried a small amount of the 230s with 4.6 tight group

Those look pretty good. Are you getting weak ejection or stovepipes? If so, CFE Pistol is on the slower side, you could try the upper part of the charge window (6.6gr-6.8gr). Your Titegroup load is smack dab in the middle of a very small charge window. Might as well try the max load of 4.8gr for that as well.

Getting weak ejection and it won’t completely lock up ,every now and then.
Only happens with the RIA .
I’ll try with max load.
