I ordered the Pro Plus in .45ACP Government length. I have a few specific requests but nothing that increased the price of the $2500 gun. It was ordered in polished stainless steel that is the same cost as blued steel.

I have several months to consider options and can add things I guess. My big thing is the rear sights. I have a couple guns that have special sights and really want a similar sight. I'm old and if there is a lot of room side to side in the sight I cannot be accurate. That make any sense?

ok, now im back on the same page with ya.
i just couldnt figure out what else you would need on the gun if ya for the Pro Plus one, that one looks pretty stacked up with all the options already.
that is the one that im saving for.
i was just gonna go with the mid range one but now that i have one with the front gip checkering im reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly liking it.

What did they say about how tight they fit their guns? You mentioned that you wouldn't want one tight fitted.

No way I could afford the S&W Performance Center 1911 that I have .. but thanks to Tactical Capital, I was able to get it!! So if your tastes are bigger than your bank account ... consider financing before you consider down grading your want (not practical for many .. but works for me! lol).

S&W should have ported the barrel on the PC 1911. IMO
