If I'm not too late with my advice, I suggest you don't get one at all. See, here's the very REAL PROBLEM with 1911's, they are just like those chips where you cant have just one. I started with a Remington R1 .45acp, then a Ruger SR1911 also .45acp, then a Norinco 9mm, and finally a Colt .22lr. Now here I am with for of these bloody things and always looking for the next good deal. Save yourself the headache and just avoid them altogether, or be ready to buy one, then another, then another etc etc.
