Anybody own an sti VIP? Caught my eye for some time.

When I looked at the gun on freedom ventures site it listed 3.9" barrel. When I asked em about it they said the actual pistol would have a 4.2~ barrel. Wondering what the real thing looks like.

Yes, I am the anti-christ. Relax man, it's a $300 fantasy gun, I know the CF uses Brownings, not 1911s. I just couldn't do this to my Remington R1E, paid too much to touch it....

My newly acquired 1911. Valtro 1998 A1. Can't wait to put some rounds through her. I spoke with the gentleman that designed this fine pistol and he has seen one with over 3 million rounds through it (range gun). He told me they were made to be shooters.

That does look really nice. My GSG's slide is starting to show signs of wear and I was thinking about polishing it as well.
