I got away from shooting pistols for a couple years with moving and renovating etc.

A rough mixmaster M1911a1, Colt frame with Rand slide rebuilt and refinished by the same guy that built the Singer clone posted a couple pages back. Wish he was still around.....

I bought this pistol for 400 bucks and only swapped on the sweetheart grips I made.

It's the pistol I take to the range when people want to try out a 1911.
