Got this from another user off the EE. Came with some gnarly wood grips I swapped out for some nice polished cocobolo.

Nothing tops the Norinco big ten in polished nickel! Full milled steel goodness and 10 rounds, what more can you ask for?
 
I've been 1911-less for a bit now, and have never owned a Dan Wesson. I saw this Heritage for sale at a good price and took advantage of the opportunity. It's from 2009, according to the fired case envelope, and I think the polishing treatment was different then—the sides of the frame are semi-polished like the slide.

Colt MKIV .45 ACP Combat Commander circa 1989 full stainless steel. Added an original stainless arched mainspring housing and a set of scarce Colt Custom Shop Ebony Grips.

Colt MKIV 9mm Combat Commander. Circa 1983 in Colt Royal Blue. Walnut 150th Anniversary Walnut grips set it off.

Colt MKIV 9mm Government Model. Full stainless steel. Circa 1991 added a Combat Commander hammer, rat tail grip safety and short trigger. A set of black walnut with silver medallion grips complete it.

Thanks for the kind of words. Great pistols. I lineup the grip screws with the serations on the slide or the angle of the grips. Whichever works best. Grips and screws are factory original items.
