No Springfield 1911's on their site.
Sigs are fine for casual use, but they are not a pistol for serious use.
I would trust my life to my Sig 1911 Target. And I did change all 3 MIM parts that were in it. Even if they were no signs of wear and tear after 3000 rounds.

The only gripe I have with this gun is the color of the extractor. Its not a S/S part but a nickle plated carbon. Emailed EGW and they told me the carbon extractor is stronger then the S/S one thats why I keept it....
I love EGW and the honesty, saved me from buying a part I didnt need... EGW makes allot of parts for SiG 1911 and so does Greider. So I dunno why 1riot1ranger has a hate for them....
Hammer, sear, hammer strut, sear spring. Trigger is complete crap - stripped the over-travel screw by sneezing on it.
I liked this post... too funny! Don't sneeze in your hands, might lose a fingerInstead of being sarcastic why don't you tell everyone the part #'s and how it's improved function of your Sig that came with inferior internal parts... Bold statements are pretty worthless without pics of before and after, part #'s and reasons why they were changed.
I already posted all of the above information.
Later, troll.
