Just to give a update, I butchered him myself and had a butcher make some sausages. These are the best sausages i have ever had in my life! I did keep 6 roasts and the backstraps.

Here is the recovered bullet from my .50 cva wolf. I'm a airgunner as well so the photo has a .22 pellet, a 9mm pellet (I'm currently building a 9mm airgun), and a unfired .50 powerbelt, plus the recovered one.

I can't wait till next year as i want more sausage! I should take a pick of the deer lanes in my hunting spot to make you guy's cry
