20 Round Fixed SKS Mag

You mean the duckbill that replace the standard pinned mag correct? I just purchased a TAPCO 20 rounder which came to around 40 on EE. Give the Red Rifle Parts forum a run down and within the first couple of pages there is bound to be one.

With a wooden stock you will have to remove material to get it to fit quite possible as I had to remove a good amount to get it flush with the steel guides of the body where the old mag goes but once it fits it is much snugger than the regular hinged mag and seems to work well.

The reason I had to remove wood for mine I assume is because it is designed for a fibreglass Fusion stock which has a more consistent larger and smoother opening than the nork sks does or at least any i have seen.

I have heard some types such as certain steel duckbills are sloppy and floppy and can exacerbate any issues you may have with feeding. Anyways good luck.
 
Simple someone need to make an sks pistol that use the tapco mag and have them make a 10 rounds mag simple no

Sks pistol could be sweet

Someone only need to reduce the length under 26 inches make one classified as restricted and bang ten rounds mag legal

Just because a rifle is under 26" OAL doesn't mean it is a pistol...

I have a single tapco 20 rounder too and load with strippers no problem, and like the look.

but I also have it drilled and tapped for a scope, and cant load with strippers when I have the scope attached, so its nice to be able to take the mag out and load it by hand

Your knowledge of how this stuff works is lacking...
 
These are sooooo hard to find. I once spent like a year searchind and then finaly just gave up. Good luck on finding it though- Actualy if you do- Ill pay you double what you paid for it.

I have a semi auto .22 lr with a 25 round magazine... I have a jr carbine with a 10 round magazine...
and I have an sks with a 10 round stripper clip!! (it will only feed 5 rounds into the magazine)
