2006 Canadian .50 Calibre Fun Shoot

That would be a challenge, I get my new US Optics SN9 in a couple of weeks , brightly colored eggs would be a great test
By the way the brochures for the Fun Shoot are done, I will be sending them out asap

Egg's, milk jugs with colored water, cheap cans of Cream Soda for the "Pink mist", Ballistic Watermelon or cantelope. All of which are easy clean ups or biodegradable.

I am looking forward to this.

Someone PM'd me asking for pictures of the targets used last year-

Here you go!

my SKS is 300$ not 2000$ is the .50 that is 2000$

and im not hunting whit a sks, i use gauge 10

and your last deer you killed with a heart shot at 700+ yards please??

that my point, if he cannot have a good shoot whitout make suffer a deer, why he shoot????why? where is the sport?

I think what he is trying to prove is that the weapon has the capability to achieve the required accuracy and impact performance that hunting at 700 yards is possible.

with a 50 it doesnt matter where u hit it....

that a reply from probably a poor shooter! a good hunter mean a good shooter ans this guy is a poor shooter

why not hit the back, afterall, its a .50! the deer doesnt died in 5 second, he dies for lack of blood instead when you hit in the heart, the dead its very very fast

Well, back ON TOPIC!!!

Thanks to the FCSA for publishing our article and announcement of the 2006 Fun Shoot in the latest issue of Very High Power!

Cheers,

Ben

I got my copy of the VHP magazine last week and the article looks great Ben. You did a great job with the article and everbody did a great job with the fun shoot last year. I can not wait for the meet in August.

I have been planning to get some pictures and videos to Tom for the .50 website or archives but I have been busy. I will try and get some stuff together in the next week or two.
