As usual, any in attendance will be required to sign a waiver saying if your stupid, we're not responsible...
The list is mostly made up and we should have a full crew though I'm still waiting on a few to chime in. (I know your out there, I can see you)
For any of the new guys the first post in this thread pretty much sums up everything you'll need to know but to clear up a few things.
1.) Yes you can bring RV's and campers. No, there are no hook ups. This is primative camping. There is a fire pit for cooking, but if you can please bring firewood.
2.) Use respect. We are on private land that we have been given the ok to use. We would like to maintain our relationship with the landowners to provide future opertunities. Clean up your own mess, leave nothing behind and respect the land, animals and equipment.
3.) Shooting is to be done in approved areas only. If in doubt, ask either myself or captain2k.
4.) ALL FIREARMS ARE TO BE UNLOADED IN CAMP. DO NOT ENTER CAMP WITH A LOADED FIREARM. DO NOT LOAD ANY AMMUNITION IN YOUR FIREARM IN CAMP. There will be non shooters there as well, please respect them.
5.) You must obey any and all laws that pertain to the use of firearms. Do not bring restricted or prohibited weapons.
6.) We cannot allow any minors unless they have written permission from their parents or guardians unless their parents or guardians are with them or have written consent to be in the company of a licensed (PAL holder) over the age of 18 and be in their immediate care during the duration of their time spent with firearms.
7.) There is nothing on site. Bring your own food, water, supplies, etc. There is a town but what they may or may not have is questionable and are located a far enough distance away to not be worth the bother.
8.) If past years are any indication, bring rain and bug gear. Enough said.
9.) We will be shooting with others. You must be aware of who is out where. If too many are wanting to go out at the same time, they will be required to go in different areas to avoid any mishaps. Safety first people, you have four directions to travel, and you will learn fast enough where you can and can't shoot. Always be aware of what's beyond your target.
10.) We are not responsible if you are raped by goats.
11.) Alcohol is permitted but only in the camp. We do not encourage drinking and shooting. If your too far gone, you will be asked to stay in camp.
12.) There will be children present. Please keep your language appropriate.
13.) There are outhouses available for those who dare venture into them. Bring your own TP.
14.) This year we are going to try and build a more permanent shelter. If you can help by donating any builing materials it will be greatly appreciated. A few 2x4's and a few sheets of plywood will go a long ways. If you can help, thanks!
If there are any questions, feel free to post here or to PM either myself or captain2k_ca. Thanks everyone and I'm looking foward to seeing you all.
