This, plus accepting credit card/emt and a bit more promotion would definitely see a rise in shooters I believe. Eventbrite or some event-specific service would make the first two things dead-easy.
Also - practice days would be awesome as well. I've had a couple people ask me A) how they can get involved in shooting these matches and B) if there was a more casual way to get out and see if this is something they like - intro/practice days would be great for that.

I agree on all accounts. If there is anything I can help with - I am willing to dedicate my time.
That would be amazing. I also tip my hat into the pool and am willing to help and dedicate my time to bring precision rifle (leave sniper matches for another time...) back.
