Hah - beat me to it - I was just about to come post asking for a headcount!


C'mon people - only a couple weeks out, get your applications in ASAP if you are planning on coming. I would hate to see this match get cancelled because of poor attendance.
 
I was out today to help out a bit with target prep. Oh man, they've really worked hard to make this a fun shoot. If you are on the fence, get off it and hurry to get your applications in. You will regret it if you miss this match. I'm not sure what numbers are required for it to be a go, but it sure seems like it's happening. And newbies! Come out and shoot. I don't want to be the only one.

I hope it is a go. I really do.
 
I have planned my whole family vacation around this weekend, blah, blah, I'm lying. No negative notification so I'm going to clean my rifle from last year and get ready for the Match.
Oh jeez, I gotta load some ammo too.

Hello trigger'06. Glad to hear you and spoon fed will be attending. Never mind the ammo just make sure you pack the bbq and the steaks. It doesn't matter what kind of ammo you use if you are bouncing the rounds off the berm in front of the butts and raining dirt on me :stirthepot2: .

Ha, many comedians. Think of Karma and laying in the trenches of the France before thou condemn the poor Enfield. Blessed be my Service Rifle cousins in red as they perpetuate battle rifle marksmanship.

P.S. I do love to watch the dirt rain into the butts from a .303 short round

Hello All,

Match is a go !.... That being said we require 10 markers to be picked up at Fred's tackle at 7:30 am and returned at end of days shooting both Saturday and Sunday, those not picking up shooters be at VOLKES gate at 7:30 am Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Shooting will commence at 9:00 am without delays or exceptions , Friday zero sessions 100-600meters) morning and afternoon -0900 till, 12:30 Second session 1:00 till 4:00 ish once again shooting will begin at times stated if you require any further information or clarifications call me directly at number provided below

IIRC, there is no camping allowed at the range.There was at one time years ago, but that was changed.

You would have to use the forest service camp sites along the Chilliwack lake Road..........
