yup. prevents slide out or flip up from recoil. It is more of a problem with shotgun mags

No not a k98 and 44 mag. I finally got my guns and gear sorted out this year. Only took me a few years of using what I had to figure out what I wanted. Now I am just raring to go!!!

We want to encourage new people to 3gun.

(I would not recommend it if you have never shot a rifle or pistol before though)

- Bring some shotgun slugs (Lead only)
- Have a sling on your Shotgun

Whats the deal for people who are not holster trained?

Your pistol will be holstered without one in the pipe.
So you draw, rack then engage.
