Will a smooth bore pump shotgun firing rifled slugs qualify for the "lever, bolt, pump gun" class ?? Im trying to find an interesting firearm that I can fill that class with, unfortunately I dont own any lever guns YET. So other than the shotgun, id have no choice but to use a plain Jane bolt action hunting rifle....

Interesting.
No one has ever asked me that yet.
Id say that if you want to run slugs at 100m with a shotgun go for it!
Just don't beat me because I'd never be able to look in the mirror again if a slug gun beat my rifle score.....
lol

I got out again today. Thankfully the weather gods were with me thanks to global warming / cooling. Thankfully our overseers have taxed us to address this. I digress. Here is the results.

Ar15 DPMS lower and Cc iur Upper. 3x9 scope.

16 hits×5=80 ÷120 seconds =.6667x100=66.67 or 67 if rounded.

Thanks for having the challenge again.

I've got a Remington 750. Only 2 mags, and that only hold 4 rounds each.

Any insight on the most time efficient strategy to get 5 shots off in each position? Must you complete all 5 shots in a row? Or could you do 4 in each position, then reload for 1 more shot in each position?

Could you not just single load the last round while still in each position?

I think you might be putting yourself at a bit of a disadvantage with a semi, only having 2 4-round mags. Just sayin' :)
