22 Ammo!!

Incredible! I thought I might be overdoing it when buying 7.62x39 and x54 by the case of a 1000 (one guy told me he had never had that much in his life!)
I don't think I have ever shot more than 200 rounds in a day and that is with semi-autos! I would have shot more 30-30 when I was a kid but it was
too expensive. I recently found some of my old .22 boxes that were priced at $1.68 from a time when I was making at least $4 per hour so that should
have been affordable to shoot lots but I can't remember doing more than a box per shooting session. I must not have been properly motivated!

Good to hear that .22 ammo is getting easier to find. I think it was in a Wobble Mart that I saw Federal 525s for $28.99. I have used lots of that stuff. Works pretty good in my RIA .22.

I stocked up at my local Co-op farm store when .22 ammo was $15-$18 per 525. I buy shotgun shells now, when they are on sale. I am going to stick with SCORE, made in Carberry, MB.

I won't be surprised if we run into a day soon when there is enough .22 to go around and people stop going to CT for any .22 at all.

I've got every receipt from every CT purchase I've made for years and it was equaling several thousand per year between home and business. Unfortunately I've just recently broken my year long boycott because I wanted a couple things and was in a hurry.

Couldn't be much more sour with Crappy Tire.

Even the gougers on EE have dropped there price. :)

There's a guy with 60+ overpriced bricks to sell.

Hope he has a 10/22, a 25 round mag, and a good gopher patch!

Pretty hard to sell something that is overpriced and no longer in demand. :)
