.22 Calibre Action Shooting 64B Project?

They are visible in your post to me. Not sure what is going on.

Bizarre. When I quote your post there are two blank thumbnails that show in the quoted post, but I can't get them to show for me at all.

Edit: I just tried copying the blank thumbnails from the quoted post into a word document and they show just fine. Even more bizarre...

That is a very tacticool looking 64, enjoy.

Sav 64 mods - Pic Heavy !

Nice stock on that ! Looks like it's pretty handy at the range. I don't have any competitions nearby - 100 miles or more and gas is too much $$ for lotsa travel. Ive got 2x 64s, one older TR in Green with flash hider that I've got a $30 amazon reflex on with a 'nite-lite'. The newer one is 'plain 64' in black wearing an old El Paso Weaver D4.
The reason I'm posting is that the 'hamster' might have been referring to some of my older posts about mods on my 64. I drilled the mag-release and stuck a piece of coat-hanger in, with a dab of JB to 'soften it'. Also, I stuck a self-tapping bolt into the bolt-handle and 'opened up' the mag wells on both 64s. Pics of 'old' 64 shows mag well & mag release, also Trigger return spring '1/3-Bic' replacement. 'new' 64 doesn't have JB yet. Pics below ->

Photos on GunNutz are not easy, I am told that if you pay money, it is easier.

Yup yours was exactly what I was thinking about

I use Postimage .org to save pics - No 'Watermarks' and never been 'lost' like P-buttket - And FREE. I find posting pics here is simple if you're on laptop or desktop so you can use "From Computer" to select a pic.

That works about half the time. These would not; so I sent them from my phone to Facebook; then copied the URL, and unchecked "remote link". That worked.

My dad's cousin always said: "there is more than one way to skin a cat, but it is always best to start at the a**-hole. (this holds true for most jobs. LOL

Anyone have any luck installing a peep sight on one of these 64’s? I figured for the price I couldn’t go wrong. After I shot the one my brother bought I ran out and got my own, cycles much better than the Cooey version I have in my safe! I’m going to use it for hiking and bird /rabbit hunting and have installed the pro mag stock so it fits in my backpack. I would really like some peeps like the tech sights I have on my 597

First sight I tried was a cheap williams dovetail I got from Amazon years ago; I had to invert the aperture assembly due to how low the front sight is. I ended up with a red-dot sight, a short clamp on pic rail for the front sight and mounted a set of AR back-up sights; they co-witness perfectly with the reflex sight. The one I have has a large and small aperture; I am happy with the set up. I like the pro-mag stock BTW.
