Notice in the mag accessories, it has a 2 round magasin I wonder which jurisdiction limits mag capacity to two??

The BD38s had a 2 round mag option too. A German dealer told me it was based on hunting regulations.

There are no reasons it won't be available as non-restricted or restricted depending on the overall length.

It should be a fun gun. I just hope it's as smooth in operation and doesn't jam as in the videos. Guess we will see. And hopefully easy to clean!

Either way, this isn't the first time TSE has imported something new - I'm sure they know their minimum mark up to still make money. I don't think anyone expects them to go through all the bureaucratic crap and not make money.
