I'd like to hear TSE chime in. They have 'the list', they seem to be catering to CGN interests with respect to these rifles, hopefully they have some information.
Frankly, I don't care who imports them so long as they get re-classed, have enough spare/parts/accessories to go around, are 'reasonably' priced, and are not 'Canadianized' as described above.

I doubt its true. More likely they did submit it and it got denied, but to pretend they planned it seems a bit full of #### to me and closer to slander then anything else. I mean this guy said some bad #### about Dlask in the 870 thread and Dlask clearly isnt doing what he is saying there. Next he is going to say Dlask planned on getting there pump action rifle turned restricted because they wanted a rifle that wouldnt sell.
I'll only say this.
No dealer in their right mind would try to make a firearm prohibited in order to get an exculsive. The conspiracy theory is stupid. What happens if the forensics folks refuse to reclassify the firearm? Zero sales!
The European distributer is Waffen Schumacher OHG, their retail price is 549 Euros, their dealer price is over 50% higher than the price listed by Mr Conspiracy..
The forensics people were waiting for the gun to get into production before revisiting the issue. Now that it is in production, a sample is required. This can't happen overnight.
Stop the incessant pleas for info, their is nothing that can be offered. Once a decision is made, all the dealers wishing to carry the product will be glad to advertise the fact.
