.22 Tracer?

If its just colored smoke with no explosive being fired from a flare gun maybe it would be possible to get here. Cant be more likely to start a fire than an actual flare is right? or Fireworks...
 
The current issue is that tracers do not meet the definition of "safety cartridge" and thus require a magazine license for storage. We discussed this recently with NRCAN.

Ah... interesting. I knew ther were legal under the firearms act, but that sheds some light on things. Thanks, CanAm!
