If memory serves, and feel free to correct me, I do belive it's got crimped primers, and its of Korean Mfg.
Like all mil brass you will need to get a tool/die to remove the crimped in primers, but the up side is that generally its heavier brass, which should lead to good case life as a result. Your Milage Mau Varry tho.
All the standard cautions of relooading mil brass appiles (ie heavier brass, means slightly reduced case volume and as a results, reload powder level start points need to be reduced an additional 5% to compensate)
