I have the CZ 600 Trail in 223 and I love it. Have a red dot on it and it is accurate and fun to shoot.Has anyone been considering the SCSA Taipan X? I've been looking at a CZ 600 Trail too while numbers are really dwindling.

Seriously, I’m like 45 Minutes from Stitsville shooting range!! I’m thinkin a smoked Prime rib with a smoked tuna appetizer and a tomatoe, basil, feta salad with some seasonal grilled veggies and zucchini fritters! UNHUH after a boat cruise and fishing trip on Charelston lake or a St Lawrence trip under the international bridge. There may be some high test cocktails consumed. Haha Im being serious however. I guided for a living for 15 years so I’ve got a pretty good idea of where to fish!! Just let me know!!Just let the guy do what he does with his own property, I'm trying to be better about it haha.
Those are much more than good enough, and generously offered. Would really enjoy that! Same if you ever end up in the Montreal or Ottawa area for some unGodly reason haha.
Not sure what pictures of fish have to do with 223 rifle recommendations. Every thread on here now seems to go off topic ot turn into an anti Liberal depressing diatribe.....

I think this looks like a good cope/substitute AR. The right side handle would accomodate shooting when slinged up, versus pump actions.Hi Karl,
We distribute MRA Renegades across Canada. If you aren't able to come to our shop in Barrie to check one out, ask your local dealer. We shipped a bunch 2 weeks ago and are shipping more next week.
Our Renegade Rifle Kit even lets you take most of the components of your now prohib AR and use them to build a Renegade rifle for major cost savings.
The best part is that if we ever get a new government that repeals that awful OIC, you can put your AR back together again, no changes are permanent.
Accuracy would depend on what barrel you put on it. The complete guns they sell are 1-2 MOA I believe.I think this looks like a good cope/substitute AR. The right side handle would accomodate shooting when slinged up, versus pump actions.
Gotta find some accuracy reviews....
Charging handle can be mounted left or right side, as per your preference. We do have an accuracy guarantee of 1MOA with match grade ammunition.I think this looks like a good cope/substitute AR. The right side handle would accomodate shooting when slinged up, versus pump actions.

Can you mount charging handles on left and right together?Charging handle can be mounted left or right side, as per your preference. We do have an accuracy guarantee of 1MOA with match grade ammunition.
The rifle comes with a single charging handle that can be mounted left or right with a socket-head bolt and an allen wrench. Can you mount charging handles on left and right together?
Nice, that's good to know. The rifle comes with a single charging handle that can be mounted left or right with a socket-head bolt and an allen wrench.
Some customers choose to purchase a second one and mount one on each side, so there is a handle on both sides at the same time.
"Can you mount charging handles on left and right together?"
That's what I did for my Renegade! Both handles are great when your brass is slightly oversized and you need to pull back on both handles with the buttstock against your chest to get the stuck case out. Always FLR and ignore your case gauges! The rifle comes with a single charging handle that can be mounted left or right with a socket-head bolt and an allen wrench.
