7 or 7.5 twist? Which one?

I’m thinking safer to go 7.5.

Prevailing internet wisdom is that 7.5 twist is plenty fast and 7 twist is "too fast".

But, I don't think anyone has tried both and can give a good comparison.

It's funny that the specification on Hornady's product page for twist on this bullet is blank.
Might be worth calling their help line.

Called Hornady. They said all their testing was done with a 7.5 twist barrel and that was it.

Sierra did their load data with a 1:7.25 twist barrel, not sure that it would make any real noticeable difference from a 1:7.5 twist
