The match was quite the success, we had around 30 participants, guys from the Gravel Agency brought some pimped out Bushmaster AR15's.

I'd like to thank Hungry and TimK for driving all the way here to run the match. I'd also thank Waco Bull who organized the match along with M.Chesta who took all the registration and CFB Valcartier for allowing us to use their facility.

What's the Gravel Agency?

The Canadian importer for Remington and a few other companies who are now part of Remington (bushmaster,dpms,harrington&richardson and marlin)

They had a few rifles on display and people were allowed to try them out during the morning practice drills.

I'm home and Timk has another 2 hrs to get to his home. Eating dinner right now and looking forward to the pics. Big thanks for all the kind QC hospitality... Great fondue at AlexD92's place. Fantastic company, fabulous conversations, many laughs from the Beausejour members. Great box lunches!

The winner wasn't the only one with an SKS... another guy had terrible jams with his SKS. It depends...

I had 'the' terrible jam during the practice in the morning ... went very smooth during the afternoon, better than some AR guys lol!!!

Why, that looks like more fun than a barrel of monkeys! And there's no feces to clean up afterward!

What are the rules of the match? And how did a couple of guys with SKS beaters send the AR guys packing? That is AWESOME!

(Not to rag on anyone, if I had been there I would have gotten my can kicked like everyone else...)
