3 Gun Carts

Added a hook to hang my belt and done. My 3-gun cart finished product.

I've got the exact same 3gun-cart-in-waiting, and am looking forward to stealing your ideas:).
Question? Does it still fold up?

Just picked up a $20 stroller on Kijiji! :) Any recommendations on which Kolpin Rhino works best?

Go with the regular singles so you can put one on each side. No need for the ratcheting type. I've got a twin set on one stroller and it's kinda awkward. Make sure they're the universal fit type as it can be hard to tell from the packaging sometimes.

Thanks Stevo. Looks like they are in stock at the local CT store. :)

There doesn't seem to be an official rule set that has been adopted universally, but some of the clubs in my area are using this one published on 3-gun Nation website h ttp://3gunnation.com/rules

Under transporting firearms section is:

1.7 TRANSPORTING FIREARMS: (To and from vehicles or between stages)
1.7.1 Pistols must be transported from vehicles or between stages cased with a chamber safety flag or remain
holstered.
1.7.2 Rifles, Carbines & Shotguns must be transported with the bolt closed on a chamber safety flag, detachable
magazines must be removed, tubes unloaded.
1.7.3 Rifles, Carbines & Shotguns must be cased OR if hand carried or slung, the muzzle must be pointed up.
1.7.3.1 Using a cart where the muzzles are pointed downward is allowed.
Note 1: The ONLY time a shotgun or rifle may not have a chamber safety flag inserted is after the “Make Ready”
command or in a Safe Area.

That muzzle up sling rule really screws anyone with a rear mounted single point sling.

tgp... That stroller looks like a Cadillac comapared to mine! :)

LOL, thanks. It was the cheapest jogging stroller I could find new at Walmart. I kept missing out on the cheap used ones on the buy and sell and there aren't many other options where I am. Still a lot cheaper than the Rugged Gear cart though, especially considering the exchange rate right now. Also, has never been pooped or peed on so that's a bonus.

Judging by the condition of mine, it has seen more than its fair share of bodily fluids/solids (none of them mine). :)

I used these grips, which I picked up at the local Canadian Tire:

Too funny, this is exactly what I did and why I did it, plus the ribbing of people asking why I wanted a baby carriage...
I picked up my mounts from Fortnine though.

I went a different route with mine. As a lot of the clubs I shoot at seem to be better suited for an off road rig, I put this together on Friday and ran it on Saturday. It is still in prototype, but as is, performed flawlessly this weekend in the soft sand and off camber paths.

We've got a few guys with wagons, mostly the collapsible versions. What did you make the bows the gun clamps are mounted to out of?

1" EMT. Bent them up with a hand bender. Probably could get away with 3/4" tho'. Would have been a lot easier.

This is a collapsible wagon. Good thing too, it wouldn't fit under the truck cap otherwise. lol
