well, I have my '06 sighted in at 4 1/2 high at 100..(yes, this is where I want it for long shots)..You would figure it would drop a couple by 200 (ie) 2 1/2 high at 100 usually means zeroed at 200.......but at the range this morning, it never..nice tight 1'' and less groups at 100, the same tight groups at 200 (never even opened up), and still 4 1/2 inches high
..everything is tight, scope, rings, etc...trying to wonder why the shots never dropped over another 100 yards...
I'm shooting a Rem 700 BDL SS, with factory Rem express core-lokt 180grs.
I was very surprizes by this..never happened before..I would figure that 100 yards would be the high point of bullet rise...unless maybe they still rise 1/2'' or more at 150 before dropping back to 200??
Some expert help would be appreciated.

I understand what your saying...so, with the poi's that I have now at 100, 200, it would probably be just low or zeroed at 300 I'm assuming...I only have a 200 yard range where I live...so I guess to the ballistics tables I go..
Soo simple sometimes...
