At the advise of X-Fan and another fellow I made up some new 200gr Accubond/Retumbo reloads to try in my 26" factory barreled Rem 700 LSS in 300RUM and was able to get to the club yesterday to give them a try.
This is basically a stock rifle that I glass bedded and adjusted the trigger on.
When I got to the 94gr Retumbo loads my new Shooting Chrony gave me an average of 3198fps and my 3 shot 100 yard group hit into a tiny cloverleaf, 200 yards was ok but not great but 300 yards produced a 3 shot group of 1.122" X 1.090" measured by target shooter Dan P from CGNTZ that was at the club as well...
I only loaded 9 of this load and shot 3 shots at each distance.
I'm happy...
