308 moose load

When I lived in B.C., it was conventional hunter wisdom that the best-tasting moose came from the part of north-east B.C. on the east side of the Rockies, geographically part of the prairies.

I just got done setting up a rifle with those hornady whitetail loads in 165 grain, very impressed with these bullets. He is going to Cape breton moose hunting this fall and is excited to try these out.

I'd like to try the newer Hornady CX or ECX 165 gr. but I'd had no issue with their 165 gr. Interbond and Interlok.

165 is probably my fav. .308 weight, it just seems to work for what I need it to.
