No but many threads on how to make reloadable cases. Or you can buy some from HC Collections. I'll find some links later and put them up. Probably the best thread on the subject is actually on CastBoolits. Many ways to skin this cat but just as many cautions. It is a lot of fun to figure it out though.
Revolver or rifle?
Edit - Found some links:

But THE best reading on the subject (IMHO) is on CastBoolits > Rimfire Area > Page 6 (today) "reloadable rimfire brass". There are a couple of truly dedicated contributors to that thread who did some serious work and documented it. WELL worth the read.
I've tried about everything posted. I'm lucky enough to have a lathe which makes life really easy, since my revolver won't catch a centered .22 blank and the .27 cals I found were too inconsistent to be fun. But you certainly can get started with a drill press - or buy the cases from HC or Dixie. I have some posts with pictures in the castboolit thread.
Jethunter here on CGN sells the proper heeled bullets. Good price, good quality. Or you can also use .32 caliber muzzleloader round balls.
