No Worries bcb, life happens.
I can speak of one bullet that I use for deer in 3 calibers, 35 Remington, 358 Winchester and 350 Remington Magnum all loaded with the 200 Hornady Spitzer,
they have always delivered stellar performances on many deer at various ranges from 30 to 150 yards, always pass through's and short recoveries,
I think this bullet would work well on black bear also, the 225 partition would also be another good bullet but I have not used it. Tried the 225 Sierra, great flight but opens quickly,
great if you can keep your shots in the lungs, also tried the 200 Remington PSPCL, it works similar to the Hornady, I have not found the need for heavier bullets but would not hesitate to use them.
