There was no revolver class when I did mine so I may be wrong.. But how do you do the mandatory reloads like with el Pres

There is no reason why a wheel gun can't be used for your BB.

For the El Pres, wheelgunners were given 14 seconds instead of 12.

anyone can do there BB with a semi it takes Nutz to do it with a wheel gun

A lot of people used to get hung up and think you had to use a 1911 style in a major caliber. If you're good with the double action trigger, I don't see why a revolver shooter should have to change.

Yes, the semi has a number of advantages. So what? Except for the El Pres drill, reloading during the BB isn't timed. What counts is your time from the buzzer to the last shot. If you can cycle the double action trigger smoothly enough to keep the sights centered on the target, and fast enough to make the time, go for it.

If they alter the rules for it I can see it.. Not that I would want to try it.. I don't have a problem reloading but I can easily break 90 while doing it.. (straight down...

I use a 686 in either 4" or 2 1/2" for IPSC. No problems.

I'm shooting a CDPA match tomorrow with 1 of them.

Go for it and have fun.
