I don't see where I inferred he'd committed any crime. And being banned from a website is no big deal in itself. I personally wouldn't deal with him though because after being banned he's demonstrated that he thinks he's above the rules of this private members only board by coming back and creating multiple accounts. He's not someone I would trust to deal honestly. If others here want to deal with him, fine by me. That's their decision and they're free to make it. It's not my concern.

Still nice guns though and I'm happy to see the pix here.

actually it IS a crime in canada to return to a web site you,ve been banned from and cause trouble

trolls have been charged and convicted in canada......
 
Funny thing is, czech, that the person who used to operate the account by that name used to be a fairly rounded individual with tastes in many disciplines. But for the last year, 95% of your posts have been to schill spencer's wares. One of the reasons he was banned from the site (amongst many, but primarily his know it all obnoxiousness) was his selling of his unapproved wares as a dealer, but not paying as such on the site. Yet you, by living third party, have been doing just that for the past year.

I have never sold anything of his here or elsewhere.

The reaction to the mention of the name Spencer is just amazing. There has to be something I don't know, what's the secret ?
 
A Quack from the USA advertised a SpencerSten here on CGN, as CFC approved. Interestingly, it was before Spencer's Stens were prohibited, so the claim of CFC approval was perhaps a bit premature......
A Quack is now advertising a second hand SpencerSten on Gunbroker as factory new.
Of course, Quack is in Virginia, USA, while the gun in question is in S0A 1E0, so he probably hasn't seen it.
Could Quack be shilling for Spencer?
Now, those certainly look to be czech's photos being used at Gunbroker.
 
Frankly, who gives a sh!t. Anyone who has the time and energy necessary to "route out" a suspeced banned poster (or is that poser?) should consider their motives for doing so.

If you don't have an ownership stake in CGN then why should anyone care?
