45 acp enfields

but they are ever try finding a good example anymore $800 should get you one because bubba wanted a lighter gun to hunt with these guns should now be respected taken care of and passed on that go's for any milsurp even the mosin or sks

I'm not even sure what it is that you're trying to say... That said, guys aren't using still in wrap Irish contract lee enfields... These are pre bubbaed, barrel chopped, missing mag, chopped barrel shot out, corrosive ammo abused, used as a club/hammer, coin inletted, Moose caved in stock, bashed, bumped, abused guns.. . All that said. It's not your gun, it's mine. F@ck off.

i don't see my milsurps as my guns their history's guns we should take care of them and pass them on to the next generation. the reason good lee enfields cost a lot is because of bubba hacking away at a gun that had nothing wrong with it as is. the attitude with russain stuff is sickening a lot of people think that their just some old russain POS but without that old clapped out 91/30 we would all be speaking german right now I for one have respect for the men and women who served along with respect for history as any collector of history should have

Antique guy - check your account. I think someone hacked it. I could tell because the last message from your account uses periods to finish sentences. I know that ain't you. :)

This is a topic well and truly covered earlier in this thread. Check out post #241.

Can I just cut the barrel short on my lee enfield and use the original .303 ammo? If I can cut it shorter how short can I go? I have a Jungle Carbine and it is short. If I cut my no 4 legally how short can I go?

You can cut a barrel to 457mm (17.99"), anything shorter makes it a prohibited firearm.

if you got one that has a cut barrel do what you wish but I just don't like the idea of bubbing good Lee Enfield's

Rest assured no one in this thread is butchering a complete original No.4 and pretty much everyone here is in agreement that bubba'ing an original example of any milsurp should be a capital crime.

no just using more punctuation :p figured its time to grow up a bit even if its on the net.

okay so I notice you got the front sight on there. did you have to request to get the front machined down to make it fit or did it just come like that.

I havent received my kit yet (waiting looonnnng time) so maybe I can still make the request since it hasnt been machined yet

yep it will need a step machined .Measure your sight and length you wish and pass that on as some people just scope and don't require the provision

Remaining kits are shipping this week...
If you have not received your kit. Please email me with any details that are changed from the original invoice. I've been getting requests by pm's and its hard to keep track of who is who.

include your invoice number, real name and possibly cgn handle if applicable

Sorry for the long wait guys!!!

I know everyone else is talking about how theirs are tackdrivers, and that seems to be the norm, but I'm having a hell of a time getting mine to shoot well. Are the bores set up for regular .451/230gr. hardball, or should I be using something else?

What is everyone using for front sites?
I was thinking of this
