5.56/.223 Powder

What powder do you folks recommend for loading 5.56/223 (shooting in an AR)...? Danke!

Best groups I've shot (.28" 5 shot group at 100 yards) with my 24" bull barrel (1:10) target AR are with Hodgdon Benchmark. 52 gr. Sierra Matchking HPBT.

I've also found Accurate 2230 to be a good utility powder with a variety of bullet weights. It's not called .2230 for nothing.

H322. I've thought of trying others, but I'm a creature of habit! I've used it in ARs and my Robarms M96 and have no complaints as to accuracy, consistency and residue. Can't speak for benchrest rigs, but I think even with those H322 has won its fair share of awards.
