Trade-Ex stocks the 6.5x52R cartridge.
R is RIMMED.
Carcano round is RIMLESS.
6,5x52R is the European designation for the old .25-35 WCF. It will NOT chamber in a Carcano. Works fine in a lot of old European single-shots and Drillings, though.... and can keep Grandpa's old 94 running into its third century. Winchester stopped making the rifles in 1935, which was a very real loss; it was a great old round.
To try to be helpful, though, Trade-Ex DOES stock 6.5 CARCANO brass in bags of 50 and they also generally have the special Hornady-made Carcano bullets. If you are using the Lee hand priming tool, you can use the Number 2 holder (same as .30-30) and it works fine. I just did up 55 rounds this way; we'll know on Saturday if they can hit anything!
Hope this helps.
