My FAIR Safari 500 O/U 6.5X55 Swede with an extra set of 20 gauge barrels barrels had a single no selective trigger, the bottom barrel fired first.
Regulation was done at 50 yards with the rifle barrels.
It was a superior shotgun on everything from ruffies to geese ( note the headless duck that was taken on a crossing shot from about 20 feet or less!), and the rifle barrels worked super as well.
In a moment of lunacy I sold it to a buddy for his brother, and cannot get it back " until Hell Freezes over"!
I took the Bavarian style comb down and added a Decelerator however.

No greater than 275 caliber. Case law goes by the data stamp. 270 wby is legal 275 Rigby is legal. Yet a pistol cartridge like 9x19 is not.
That was the first one to come into Canada and caused a bit of an issue at Customs because at thd time the registry was in effect and the dolts were confused about two sets of barrels!

Double trigger, seams to be ok, no trouble to get 3 shots into an inch with scope at 50m, starts to wander after that, pretty skinny barrel, shotgun barrel seams to be patterning nice at 30 paces.
I am happy with it and its a nice versatile combo, been think about a 22 hornet/ 20 ga barrel, and am looking at a skinner sight for it.
Good to know. While I prefer single triggers on ou shotguns I'd go dual triggers for the combo. Since it will only be a hunting gun as long as the first 2 shot count that's all I'm concerned about for rifle accuracy. It would be great if a 20ga slug was withing inches of the rifles poi but I'd mostly just keep it loaded with birdshot
Yup. My just right carbine 9mm with 115gr HP would be an epic coyote gun as we are overrun with them here but it's too big. Yet I can use a 2506 and my buddies use 270win and 270wby rifles. They use varmint bullets but many road hunters down here use what they use for moose and let loose across frozen farm land
