With the right ammo, proper bedding, quality optics, and shooter under decent conditions, I think you would be hard pressed to find a modern factory rifle that wouldn't offer you MOA performance at 600yds.
I just sold a Savage VLP in 223 - factory everything except for the bedding. With handloads and shooter working well, this rifle will hold the V bull ICFRA target at 500m.
That is a 0.4MOA circle. The 5 Ring is just under MOA.
There was a time that MOA factory rifle guarantees was a huge deal.
Today, that is just average.
By the way, the last CZ 'premium' rifle I saw was in dire need of proper bedding. Fancy on the outside, basic base model inletting.
