Feel free to dismiss this advice.
But if you are getting decent groups with 24.4 varget (or maybe the same groups as 25.1), then I would go with the 24.4.
While I have experimented with the 75 Hornady in the past - I am not an expert on this projectile (plenty of experience with Berger 80.5, 82, and 90 VLD) , but 25.1 varget seems really really hot to me.
I have Hornady's manual, and for the 75 BTHP they show a max charge for Varget of 23.5
Of course, your brass, barrel length, freebore/throat, CBOT, twist etc etc may or may not be the same as their test rifle....nonetheless, you are 1.5 grain over "book max."
Even with your 24.4 grain Varget load still seems rather screaming hot to me.... curious, what are your getting for velocities at 24.4 and 25.1 ?
