Howdy folks, I just got back from the mountains in BC, (crown land), and had a heck of a day plinking. My friend and I were using my Marlin Model 60. We started with using some CCI mini-mags, after several stove pipes, we switched to some cheep Remington ammo (Hyper-velocity), which despite what people have said, ran with more consistency than CCI. We then used up some federal hollow points, finished the CCI and ran with Blazer tell the 500 rounds were gone. Blazer and the MM60 are the hero's of the day. After 500 rounds we encountered no problems whatsoever. That was $20 I'm glad I spent, instead of $15 more for the brick of CCI. Over all, a great sunny day, and a great safe and fun shooting experience for both of us. Here's a picture of our empties
