Hi there, I recently purchased the CSA VZ58 and now I'm in the market for 1000+ rounds.
I would prefer to shoot non-corrosive for the lower maintenance with regards to cleaning the rifle (I do intend to clean it after I shoot, I just read that corrosive ammo makes the gun dirtier).
From my limited research I can buy some online from Canada Ammo, Wolverine, or a handful of other Canadian companies.
Just wanted a bit of direction on what ammo to get as I am new to this calibre. With 9mm and 5.56 I just buy at the local gun store.
I read on another thread, a good way to tell if ammo is corrosive is if the casing is steel and not brass. Is this accurrate?
Thanks in advance.
