For the price difference, the CZ seems like the obvious choice over the Zastava. I've had both, and greatly preferred the CZ.
I now have a Savage Scout in this chambering and like it just fine...but the ultimate, IMHO, would be the CZ converted to a flush magazine and with a scout mount. The projecting box magazine was always a sort spot for me.
In terms of value, it's tough to beat the Norinco, the one that they called the "Bush Ranger" back when they first came out. The one I had years ago was decently accurate and completely trouble-free...as long as you don't mind owning a gun that looks like it was whittled from an old tire-iron and a piece of scrap lumber...
