7.62x39 hunting ammo

I just got a R-Ranch in x39 this Summer and didn't hunt it this year. I only shot a couple rounds at 50 to Zero a cheap Weaver 3-9x40 "Package-scope", then moved to 100 and 180 (max at my range). Using Barnaul (the only 'pre-rolled' available around here) I get good groups for a 3-9, I think. The SKS is using Irons only, bull is just a blur for 72-yr eyes. The 180 opens up to about 6-8" due to the cr-p scope, not worth posting :p . New glass for Christmas !!
