I have found the 7.5 French Graf cases to be of poor manufacture. They seem to be handling repeat firings OK, but many flash holes are woefully off center and the base dimensions are a few thou over SAAMI, so running the brass through Lee or RCBS dies will leave an annular ring of brass around the base where the die stops, making the cases look like belted magnums. It's doesn't affect their use, but is indicative of a poor design on Graf's part.
I've also used their 8x56 Steyr brass and have the same overall impression - doesn't meet Hornady standards IMHO which is probably why they are not putting their own name on it. Lots of badly off-center flash holes.
I've not tried their 54R, but I do use the Igman brass and it seems to be quite good once reloaded - which is surprising considering how inconsistently it was loaded from the factory and the poor quality of the projectiles. Flash holes are sometimes off, but nowhere near as often as wit hthe Graf's brass I've tried.
