i love my chiness ammo it way mush better in accuracy that some russian lol i dont undertsde peoples saying that chiness ammo is bad never hade a problem with them
The problem is with the reliability of that particular ammo in some SVTs. If you are shooting a mosin, those things will eat anything.
I hear they'll even fire 30-30. (dont try this at home.)
Any 7.62x54R surplus any time soon? Thanks!
I bought some steel cased S&B when I bought my SVT a few years ago when you could get them at any shop for $360, almost every shot failed to extract and the ones that didn't, failed to feed. Chalked it up to case swell/sloppy chamber and haven't tried feeding it anything since, but after reading this - I may have to take it out and try it again with different ammo.
For the extracting problem try bumping your gas setting to the next higher notch, that should help.
marstar sell some but it chiness and bulleye london have some too and SFRC if you realy whant some if you what some from TRade EX well wait until they get some
even on full. had to palm-heel the handle to extract.
Not extremely concerned, it makes a nice wall hanger.
