Hope I am in the correct venue....

Just aquired some sniper grade 1999 production 8mm Mauser ammo.

Should I bring it to Canada or ??

Your opinions ??

If it's that 90s Yugo stuff I'm sure it would sell, that's some nice surplus. Any 8mm surplus would be great, even cheap lacquered stuff. Bring it in!

My G43, FN49, and scores of K98's need feeding!!! nom nom nom!! :)
BTW, are there any more TNW MG-34's to be had??

Yes, would love to git my hands on some more 8mm. Preferably, a crate.... or two.

I presume it is Berdan primed, corrosive??? Or is this the age of aquarius? ;)

This sounds promising. I'd appreciate knowing a few more details though, such as bullet weight, berdan or boxer primers, what kind of case and the number of rounds per case. Though it's hard to nail down prices before they get here, are we talking about prices similar to the 7.62x39 and 7.62x54R that you're already carrying?

I realize that we don't live in the greatest age when it comes to availability of inexpensive ammo, but if it's not reloadable and costs more than the 7.62x54R that you're carrying, for me that means that I'll probably stick to reloading jacketed and cast bullets into the few hundred cases I picked up at my range.

BTW, I've already gotten 7.62x39 and 7.62x54R (just ordered) from you before, so thanks for making these munitions available to the Canadian shooting community! Beyond one or two cases every several months, however, ammo is just too cost prohibitive at current prices.

Cheers,

Frank

Please do! The only 8mm you can get in ottawa is winchester super X soft point for 31 bucks a box. That don't make me want to go out and enjoy my mauser too often.

I know someone who would definately want some....I have had some experience with some Yugoslav. :Mauser "sniper" ammunition that I tried from a place called Wideners (USA) when I was there. (See website for description). Would this be the same ?

BEATER; YES we have some .303 offshore, all we need is the Minister to sign off, then we get to argue with the Feds here....
Don't ask, we do not have any dates on this.... All I can say is once they sign off if wwe are delayed here more than 3-4 months it will go to the US.
