A lot of shrapnel takes flight when a revolver cylinder lets go. Some possibility of loaded cartridges in other chambers contributing energy too.
 
I was more picking apart the use of the word "destroyed". No doubt things got damaged but I doubt bullet resistant glass was destroyed by a kB. Damaged sure, but I have seen the results of a direct hit from a pistol at RDSC and it wasn't much. It's a miracle the guy with the Python wasn't seriously injured let alone hurt.

I'd think anything with visible damage, even if just cosmetic, would have been replaced. If it were my business I sure wouldn't have equipment with signs of damage for customers to use. So I'm thinking they replaced everything that got marked, dinged or scuffed and the term "destroyed" may be a little out of context.

Yup, that's what I was saying. I hope if the shooter is being held liable by Phoenix that he can recover the costs from the jackass that apparently hasn't got the slightest clue how to produce safe reloads.
 
Yeah I don't even give my ammo for people to test, and I inspect every case to ensure powder is in it, before putting the bullet. I got a buddy that just started to reload, already talking about selling his ammo. Told him he's stupid.

He posted his business licence a while back that does appear to allow ammunition manufacturing and sales. Expired in November though so maybe that explains this post?

Finally, all licensing has been approved and we're good for another 2 years.
Hope your stocking holds your dream package.
We are enjoying the temporary hiatus and will not begin deliveries until the new year. This year has been tougher than previous years and we look forward to next year.
Of course, you can place orders at any time but arrangements for pickup will begin after Jan 1st.

I have an update now!

The Rhino was traded in. Picked up a new 2020 Colt Python.
The sherwood Park guy (Custom hand loader) selling his reloads is once again trying to sell ammunition. Highly doubt he got a license.
The last 3 times he was caught selling. He claimed to have one. But did not.
Warn everyone and everyone about this guy!

The government agencies didn't do squat to him.

Hard to believe that the OP would continue to humor the “reloader”. Was expecting to see a “viewer discretion is advised” pic of fingers dangling by a piece of skin.
