Mechanically they're fine. Barrels are pretty accurate for a production rifle. Stocks are crap, about the first thing you'll want to replace. Keep an eye out in the EE for a good used H.S. Precision take-off, or pick up a new McMillan. Finish is where a lot of corners were cut. Use it and if it bother's you, get it parkerized or duracoated later, once it get's really ratty-looking. Overall, a good value for an entry-level "tactical" rifle.
