I've tried the Stoeger P-350, and I like it. It's not heavy at all, didn't kick much (though that was probably the light-load shells) and is generally a nice value for the price range. They come with five chokes and a choke wrench, it eats 2 3/4, 3 and 3 1/2 inch shells, can fire lead or steel shot and rifled slugs. They only come in black and camo though.
If you like a little bit of wood finish on your gun, the 870 Express might be a better bet, but I don't think it's as good a value as the Stoeger. I've heard lots of folks say if you're going to get an 870, get the Wingmaster and skip the Express. *shrug*
Your best bet is to handle both in a store and see which feels better to you. See if you can find folks with either/or who'll let you shoot 'em.
